WILTED LETTUCE SALAD 
1 head Romaine lettuce or spinach
1 cucumber, sliced
1 c. bean sprouts

Mix all ingredients together.

DRESSING:

1/4 lb. bacon, chunked
4 green onions with tops
6 mushrooms, sliced
1/4 c. red wine vinegar

Saute bacon, onions and mushrooms until tender; do not drain. Add vinegar and bring to a boil. Pour over lettuce and toss well. Serve immediately. Serves 4.
