FLOUR TORTILLAS | |
4 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1 1/2 c. warm water 6 tbsp. pure lard 2 tsp. baking powder Combine all ingredients into a stiff dough. Knead thoroughly on lightly floured board. Cover and let set 1/2 hour. Shape into balls the size of an egg. Roll very thin. Fry both sides on a heavy griddle. |
