2 c. flour
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. warm water
Mix flour with butter. Gradually add water to make a soft dough. Divide dough into 12 balls. Work dough to a smooth ball; coat with butter. Put on clean plate and cover with clean cloth. Set aside for 15 minutes. Heat ungreased pan or skillet. Flatten ball between hands, roll out with rilling pin on floured surface. Place in pan until bubbly or speckled on one side. Flip and do other side. Stack and cover with towel. If they become brittle, steam them to make them flexible.
