CHEESE PUFFS 
1 loaf white bread, unsliced
1/2 c. butter
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese

Trim crusts from bread and cut into 1 inch cubes. In double boiler (or microwave) melt butter, cream cheese and cheese. Beat until smooth.

Line a cookie sheet with foil. Dip bread cubes into cheese mixture and place on cookie sheet.

Refrigerate overnight or freeze. May be baked directly from freezer. Bake 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Yield: 3 dozen cubes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
