CHEESE PUFFS 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. onion juice or finely grated onion
1 egg yolk
Salt
1 can deviled ham
Loaf white bread, thin sliced
Paprika

Mix together first 5 ingredients. Cut crust off bread and cut each slice into fourths. Toast one side, then turn. Spread the other side with deviled ham, then spread with the cheese mixture. Sprinkle with paprika and toast until puffed and brown. Can be made ahead and refrigerated, then toasted when needed.
