CHEDDAR CHEESE PUFFS | |
6 oz. cream cheese 1/2 lb. butter 1/2 lb. extra sharp Cheddar cheese 1 tsp. mustard 4 egg whites, stiffly beaten 1 loaf unsliced bread Melt cheeses, butter and mustard together. Add into beaten egg whites. Cut bread into 1 inch squares. Dip bread into cheese mixture. Place on waxed paper and freeze on cookie sheet. When frozen place in plastic bags for future use - OR - cook in oven at 350 degrees until they get lightly brown. Serve warm. HTFD. Retiree |
