CHEESE PUFFS 
2 loaves unsliced white bread
3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
3 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
2 egg whites

Trim crusts from bread. Cut into 1 inch cubes. Melt together the cheeses and butter. Beat egg whites to a peak. Fold them into cheese mixture after it has cooled. Dip bread into this and coat. Freeze on cookie sheets and then transfer to plastic bags once they are hard. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes and serve. Makes 6-7 dozen.
