BAKED POTATO SLICES 
4 med. potatoes, cut lengthwise into 1/4 inch slices
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. finely crushed corn flake cereal
1 tsp. salt

Score cut surface of each potato slice in diamond pattern; place on greased cookie sheet. Brush potatoes with butter. Mix cereal and salt; sprinkle over potatoes. Cook uncovered in 375 degrees until tender and golden brown, about 30 minutes.
