PAWNEE BILL'S PUMPKIN CAKE 
CAKE:

2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. Wesson oil
1 can pumpkin
2 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. cinnamon

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans, chopped

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream together sugar and eggs. Add flour, salt, oil, pumpkin, soda and cinnamon. Bake in a greased and floured tube pan. When cool, frost with the above frosting.
