CANNED APPLE PIE FILLING 
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. cornstarch
4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
10 c. water

Boil until thick.

Pack raw apples loosely into jars. Pour hot mixture over apples; seal. I process them in hot water bath for about 30 minutes. Makes 7 quarts. Makes a delicious pie.
