1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 egg
1/2 c. mayonnaise or sour cream
1/2 c. cream of mushroom soup
1/2 grated mild cheddar cheese

Cook broccoli for 5 minutes and drain. Mix all together and pour into buttered casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
