BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked slightly & drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 sm. onion, grated
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 pkg. herb Pepperidge Farm stuffing
1/4 c. butter

Combine broccoli, soup, mayonnaise, egg, onion and cheese. Pour into casserole dish. Melt butter in saucepan and add stuffing; mix. Top broccoli mixture with stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
