VEGGIES AND CHEESE 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 c. grated American cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots
Bread crumbs

Melt in a microwave, butter, onions, and cheese. Stir in soup and add vegetables. Place in a 8 x 8 inch pan. Cover with bread crumbs. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
