CHEESE VEGGIE DELIGHT 
2 c. frozen chopped spinach or broccoli
2 c. cooked noodles
4 oz. shredded low cal sharp cheese
1 c. evaporated skim milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. onion flakes
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. rosemary or thyme

Combine all ingredients, mix well. Pour into 10-inch casserole or baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cut into squares.
