1 c. yellow corn meal
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 sm. onion, chopped
Milk

Combine all ingredients; add milk to make a stiff batter. Drop by teaspoons into hot oil. Fry until brown. Drain.
