CHOCOLATE NUT PIE 
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
3/4 c. light corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
2 tbsp. bourbon

Cream butter and add sugar gradually. Add beaten eggs and continue beating until pale yellow in color. Beat in syrup, salt and vanilla. Gently stir in nuts, chocolate chips and bourbon (water) until well mixed. Pour into 9" unbaked pie shell and bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
