CHOCOLATE CREAM NUT PIE 
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. milk
1 1/2 c. Nestles semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tsp. BLAIR vanilla flavoring
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix sugar, flour and salt in saucepan. Gradually stir in milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and boils; boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and gradually stir in part of hot mixture into egg yolks. Blend into hot mixture in saucepan. Boil 1 minute more, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, blend in butter, chocolate chips, vanilla and pecans. Pour into 9 inch baked pie shell. Top with whipped cream or meringue.
