SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes (3 lg. potatoes)
1/2 c. white sugar
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/2 stick softened butter
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped almonds
Just enough cream to make topping spreadable

Combine all main ingredients and pour into a greased baking dish, 9 x 12 inch. Combine all topping ingredients and spread over potato mixture. Bake 15 to 20 minutes in 350 degree oven. Topping will be light brown.
