AVOCADO DIP 
4 or 5 avocados
4 tomatoes
fresh cilantro leaves
3 jalapenos
1/2 sweet onion
1 red bell pepper
1 fresh lime
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can black beans
1/4 to 1/2 bottle Italian dressing
salt
pepper
garlic powder
cayenne powder (optional)

Dice or chop the following: 4 or 5 avocados, 4 tomatoes, fresh cilantro leaves, 3 jalapenos (no seeds), 1/2 sweet onion, 1 red bell pepper.

Add juice of 1 fresh lime, 1 can whole kernel corn, drained, 1 can black beans, drained, 1/4 bottle of Italian dressing (or more), salt, pepper and garlic to taste.

A pinch of cayenne if you like it a bit spicy. Mix and serve with tortilla chips.
