GRILLED MIXED VEGETABLES 
2 1/2 c. olive oil (may use 1/2 regular oil, if desired)
3 tbsp. combination of thyme, basil, savory and fennel seeds
1 tbsp. minced garlic
Fresh ground pepper
6 bell peppers, green, red, yellow
5 sm. zucchini
1 lg. onion
1 pkg. mushrooms

Combine oil, herbs and garlic. Season with pepper. Cut all vegetables to be able to be on skewers. Put all vegetables in marinate. Let coat. Marinate at least 2 hours not over 10 hours. Barbecue on medium-high heat on skewers 4 minutes per side. All kinds of vegetables can be used, tomato, squash.
