ORANGE ROLLS 
2 cakes yeast
1/2 c. sugar
4 c. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
2 eggs, beaten

FILLING:

2 c. sugar
Juice of 1 orange
Grated rind of 1 orange
1/3 c. melted butter

Scald milk, add sugar and yeast. Let stand for 15 minutes. Add 1 cup flour and beat. Add salt, butter, eggs. Beat in flour, knead. Dough will be soft. Divide into thirds, roll each into 15 inch circles. Spread with 1/4 filling; cut into 12 wedges.

Roll like crescents. Place in greased pan. Let rise 1 1/2 hour. Pour remaining filling over top. Bake 15 minutes at 275 degrees.
