“QUICK PASTA AND BEAN SOUP” IS IN:

QUICK PASTA AND BEAN SOUP 
1/2 cup ditalini pasta
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can diced tomatoes with seasonings
1 can condensed bean and bacon soup
1 cup frozen mixed veggies
2 tsp. Parmesan cheese

Cook pasta as directed. Drain, reserving 1-1/2 cups of the water.

Spray a large cooking pot with cooking spray. Over medium heat, add to pot-garlic, stir in tomatoes with the juice, condensed soup, reserved pasta water, and veggies. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer for about 15 minutes to blend.

Serve with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese.

This is a quick but tasty soup.
