HEARTY POTATO PAN BURGER 
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
10 1/2 oz. can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. catsup

Topping:

1 c. flour
1 c. Pillsbury Hungry Jack mashed potato flakes
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 egg

Place meat in 2-quart round casserole. Break into small pieces.

Bake at 425°F for 20 to 25 minutes; drain. Add gravy mix, soup, sour cream, water and catsup. Mix. Drop topping by spoonfuls around edge.

Bake at 425°F for 30 to 35 minutes.
