SUNDAY CHICKEN 
2 tbsp. butter
3 tsp. curry powder
1 med. apple, chopped fine
2 1/2 - 3 lb. fryer (I use 6 good sized) chicken breasts
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c. evaporated milk
Salt, paprika

Melt butter in saucepan. Saute in curry powder, apple and onion. Cook until onion is transparent. Then add soup and milk. Salt and paprika chicken and spread it out in one layer in a shallow buttered baking pan. Pour the sauce over chicken. Bake uncovered 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is tender.
