CHICKEN SUNDAY 
1 box Uncle Bens' long grain and wild rice
1 can celery soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 soup can of milk
1 env. dried onion soup
1 frying size chicken, cut up

Grease a 9 x 13 baking pan. Sprinkle rice over bottom of pan. Heat soups with milk, pour over rice. Lay pieces of chicken on rice. Sprinkle dried onion soup over chicken. Cover with foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 1/4 hours. Uncover the last half hour. Serves 6.
