BAR-B-QUE SAUCE 
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. ketchup
Salt and pepper

Saute onions in butter until transparent. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1/2 hour. This makes enough for 4 pounds of meat.
