BAR B QUE SAUCE 
8 tbsp. vinegar
8 tbsp. brown sugar
4 c. Heinz catsup
4 c. water
1 c. lemon juice
1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. mustard
4 tbsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. liquid Hickory smoke
Tabasco, salt and pepper to taste

Combine above ingredients and use 1 cup mixture for each uncooked roast. Cook 3 chopped large onions in 1/2 cup oil until tender. Add to above mixture. Simmer. When heated add to meat pickings.
