POTATO AU GRATIN 
4 lg. potatoes, peeled & sliced
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 lg. garlic clove, crushed
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp. fine bread crumbs
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. paprika

Arrange 1/3 cup potatoes in bottom of 2 quart casserole. Mix butter, garlic, salt and pepper. Drizzle about 1 tablespoon over potatoes. Repeat this with remaining potatoes and butter. Mix cheese, bread crumbs and paprika. Sprinkle over top; cover with foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove foil. Bake 20 minutes longer or until done and top is brown.
