SAUSAGE AND POTATO AU GRATIN 
1 lb. fully cooked Kielbasa sausage, sliced thin
6 to 8 potatoes, peeled and sliced

Put sausage and potatoes into greased baking dish. Then bring to a boil:

1/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. flour
Salt and pepper

ADD:

2 c. milk
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Cook until creamy. Pour over sausage and potatoes. Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Serves 5.
