POTATO AU GRATIN 
4 med. potatoes, sliced thin
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed or 1/2 tsp. fresh, chopped
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (7/8 oz.) packet chicken gravy mix

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 10 x 8 inch pan. Arrange potatoes slightly overlapping. Mix cheese, bread crumbs, rosemary and pepper. In small bowl, stir milk and gravy mix until well blended. Pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with bread mixture. Bake 35 minutes or until tender and topping is golden. Makes 4 servings.
