IMPOSSIBLE FRENCH APPLE PIE 
6 c. sliced pared tart apples
1 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. biscuit baking mix
2 eggs
2 tbsp. butter, softened

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a 10 x 0 x 1/2 inch pie plate. Mix apples and spices; turn into plate. Beat remaining ingredients except Streusel, until smooth - 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with a hand beater. Pour into pie plate. Sprinkle with Streusel. Bake until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean - 55 to 60 minutes.

STREUSEL:

1 c. biscuit baking mix
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
3 tbsp. firm butter

Mix biscuit baking mix, chopped nuts, brown sugar and butter until crumbly.
