SOUR CREAM APPLE IMPOSSIBLE PIE 
5 c. sliced pared apples
1 c. raisins
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 c. dairy sour cream
More ground cinnamon
1 c. half and half
1/2 c. biscuit mix
2 eggs
1/4 c. butter, melted

Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 10-inch deep dish pie plate. Mix apples, raisins, sugar and the 2 tsp. cinnamon; turn into plate. Mix rest of ingredients (except the more cinnamon); beat 1 minute. Pour over apple mixture; sprinkle with remaining cinnamon. Bake until apples are tender and knife inserted in center comes out clean, 55-60 minutes. Serve warm. Refrigerate leftovers.

Makes one 10-inch pie.
