IMPOSSIBLE FRENCH APPLE PIE 
6 c. tart apples, sliced
1 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
Streusel (below)

Grease 10 inch pie plate. Mix apples and spices; turn into plate. Beat remaining ingredients, except streusel, until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high. Pour into plate. Sprinkle with streusel. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 325 degrees for 55-65 minutes. Cool.

Streusel Mix: Mix 1 cup Bisquick, 1/2 cup chopped nuts, 1/3 cup packed brown sugar and 3 tablespoons firm butter until crumbly. Makes 6-8 servings.
