6 c. peeled, sliced apples
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. Bisquick
Streusel
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. soft butter

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease 10" x 1 1/2" pie plate. Mix apples, spices and turn into plate. Beat remaining ingredients, except streusel, until smooth. Pour into plate. Sprinkle with streusel. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 55 to 60 minutes.

STREUSEL:

1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. firm butter

Mix until crumbly.
