2 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 can coconut
1/2 stick butter

Put all ingredients into blender, blend well (1 minute). Pour into store bought or homemade pie shell. Sprinkle with coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
