IMPOSSIBLE FRENCH APPLE PIE 
6 c. sliced, pared apples
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
2 egg
2 tbsp. butter, softened

Mix apples and spices and turn into a greased deep dish pie pan, 10" x 1 1/2".

Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. One minute with a beater. Pour into pan over apples.

STREUSEL:

1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. nuts (optional)
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
3 tbsp. butter

Mix until crumbly. Sprinkle streusel over top of apple mixture. Bake in a 325 degree oven.
