12 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 c. milk
4 eggs
1 c. baking mix (Bisquick or Jiffy)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2 inches. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth (about 1 minute with mixer). Pour into plate. Bake 40 to 45 minutes until knife comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes, serve. Serves 6.
