BUTTERSCOTCH NOODLE CANDY 
3 (12 oz.) pkgs. butterscotch chips
1 can chow mein noodles
16 oz. jar unsalted peanuts

Melt butterscotch chips in pan on low heat. Add noodles and peanuts. Stir until well coated. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper. Let cool. Store in airtight container.
