CARAMEL CORN 
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white syrup
1 tsp. burnt sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. raw peanuts (optional)
1 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
8 qts. popped corn

Mix brown sugar, butter, syrup and salt. Boil 5 minutes. Remove from fire and add flavoring and the soda, pour over the popped corn and peanuts. Bake 1 hour at 250 degrees using 2 cookie sheets. Stir once.
