1 slice bread
1 med. apple
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Peel and slice apple. Place lightly toasted bread slice in bottom small baking dish. Beat egg, add milk, mix. Place apple slices on bread. Pour egg mixture on top of apples and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake in 350 degree oven until custard is set. (1 serving)
