GREEN BEANS WITH HONEY-CASHEW
SAUCE
 
1 c. coarsely chopped, salted cashews
3 tbsp. unsalted butter
2 tbsp. honey
1 lb. green beans, trimmed, cooked tender-crisp, drained

In large skillet, saute cashews in butter over low heat until lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Add honey and cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute longer. Pour cashew sauce over beans and toss until coated. Spoon into serving dish and serve immediately. 4 servings.
