RASPBERRY PIE 
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. raspberry Jello
1 qt. raspberries
1 baked pie shell

Mix water, sugar, cornstarch, Jello and boil until thickens. Pour over raspberries in pie shell. Let set and top with whipped cream. Can use strawberries.

This is a wonderful fresh fruit pie. I use flour instead of cornstarch or have also used potato starch.My husband is allergic to corn. If you use frozen berries, it is better to thaw and drain them. Turns out great everytime. My middle son's favorite dessert of all times. I am fixing one now for Christmas
