1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and water squeezed out
1 c. Miracle Whip mayonnaise
1 c. plain yogurt
1 pkg. vegetable soup mix
1 can fine chopped water chestnuts (optional)

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate. Serve with fresh vegetables or chips.
