PUMPKIN BREAD 
1 2/3 to 1 3/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 eggs
1/3 c. water
1 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Sift dry ingredients together. Cream sugar and oil. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add water and pumpkin alternately with dry ingredients. Add raisins and nuts. Bake in 2 greased and floured pans at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. May bake as 1 large loaf for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
