FANCY BROCCOLI CAULIFLOWER 
4 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. heaping flour
1 c. milk
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. cheddar cheese
2 heaping tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 sm. head cauliflower
1 bunch broccoli
2 slices dry bread, toasted
6 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. chopped onions

Blend over low heat, stirring constantly butter and flour; gradually add milk. Mix smooth; add cheese and mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Steam broccoli and cauliflower until just tender. Break up toast and almonds in 6 tablespoons butter and saute. In dish put vegetables, top with sauce then with crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly or about 15 minutes.
