BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER IN
SHRIMP SAUCE
 
1 lb. broccoli, use flowerets only
1 head cauliflower
3 oz. cream cheese with chives
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1 tbsp. lemon
1 can shrimp (4 1/2 oz.) rinsed and drained

Place veggies in small amount salted boiling water. Cover, cook 8 minutes; drain. Combine cheese, soup and lemon in small pan. Remove from heat. Stir in shrimp. Spoon sauce over broccoli and cauliflower.
