CAROL'S PUMPKIN BARS 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. pumpkin

Mix dry ingredients and set aside. Mix wet ingredients and add these to the dry mixture. Mix well. Pour into a 10x14 pan, floured and greased (or 2 smaller pans).

FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 stick of butter
1 tbsp. Pet milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream together and add 1 3/4 to 2 cups powdered sugar.
