PUMPKIN DREAM BARS 
1/2 c. butter (softened)
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. oatmeal (quick or old fashioned)
3/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
4 eggs
1/2 c. light Karo syrup

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13x9 cake pan. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy; add oats and flour. Mix well. Spread evenly onto bottom of pan. Bake 18-20 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly.

Beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy, then add eggs, one at a time, beating well each time. Add remaining ingredients; mix until smooth. Pour over cooled crust. Bake 45-50 minutes or until center appears set. Cool completely. Chill; serve with whipped topping.
