HOLIDAY PUMPKIN BARS 
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. Quaker oats
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1/2 c. Karo light or dark syrup
2 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13 x 9 inch pan. Beat together butter and sugar. Add combined oats and flour; mix well. Spread evenly into bottom of greased pan. Bake 20 minutes and allow to cool.

Beat cream cheese and sugar at medium speed. Add eggs, one at a time. Add remaining ingredients. Pour over cooled crust. Bake until set (45-50 minutes). Cool completely. Serve chilled with whipped cream.
