NO - FAIL BUTTERMILK ROLLS 
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 3/4 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oil
1/2 tsp. baking soda
4 1/2 to 5 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in the 1/4 cup warm water. Heat buttermilk to lukewarm; add sugar, salt, oil and baking soda, flour and dissolved yeast. Stir and knead until smooth. Shape into rolls. Place in a warm place. Brush tops with melted butter. Cover and let rise until double. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
